This is our 16-point Full Service Listing Program, and is superior to what most people recognize as the traditional model for professional Realtor marketing. This plan combines the most professional and accurate property assessment with an aggressive state-of-the-art marketing program. We are paid a fixed listing fee of $3,250.00, regardless of home value, at the closing of the sale.
You get:

  • Exclusive Right of Sale Agreement with a $3,250.00 listing office fee and a 2% cooperating office fee. You can vary the percentage as you vary your selling price.

  • Includes the option for a state licensed professional Real Estate Appraisal (add $250.00)

  • Includes the option for a state licensed professional Seller’s Home Inspection

  • Review of Home Inspection results and determine repairs/improvements that would enhance the sale process.
  • Assistance with gathering estimates and creating a presentation for buyer’s awareness
  • Published in area Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

  • Published in Realtor.com

  • Published as a featured home on ListWell™’s web site

  • Color digital photography of the home

  • Yard sign placed on site

  • Includes the option for 100 4-page, gloss-finished color brochures

  • We provide Listing Management 

  • We arrange for all showings and will professionally show the property for all buyers working directly with ListWell™

  • We negotiate the contract and prepare the Purchase and Sale Agreement

  • We manage the closing process and coordinate with all parties involved

There is a non-refundable fee of $95.00 due prior to listing in MLS payable upon execution of listing agreement. The $95.00 will be credited toward your selling expenses at the property conveyance.
