Our BuyWell service provides home buyers a rebate after closing. We retain the first $4000 in commissions earned as your buyer agent and then rebate the excess commission back to the buyer. Follow these 4 easy steps to be eligible to receive your rebate after closing on a new home.
1. Complete Home Buyer Training
Our computer-based program combined with our training manual allow us to prepare Buyers to search out their new home. When completed with training, you will:
- Be pre-qualified for a mortgage
- Be receiving daily market updates
- Have a timetable for the transaction
- Be educated about the home-buying process
- Have the confidence to make your purchase
2. Search for your new home
Using the information provided by your personal Buyer’s agent, you will tour neighborhoods, preview and tour homes, and learn about school systems and local services within your new community. We will provide you with a coupon identifying you as a BuyWell user that you can present at open houses and new developments. This will inform other agents and builders that you learned about their home through your Buyer’s agent. Have the real estate agent or builder’s representative sign and date the coupon. Keep a copy of the signed coupon for your records.***
3. Sign a sales contract and proceed to your closing
You’ve done the hard work, toured many homes, and found the home of your dreams. Our agent will work with you to submit an offer, find your way through any contingencies, attend inspections, and prepare you for closing.
4. Close on your new home.
Close on the home which you’ve located using a BuyWell Buyer’s Agent, and your rebate check will be mailed to you within 5 business days after closing.

Terms & Conditions: Buyer(s) must agree to pay any taxes due on the rebate. Buyer(s) must provide the following information at your first meeting with a ListWell agent: A Drivers License/State ID Card, social security number(s), current address, and phone number(s). By your second meeting you must provide a pre-approval letter from a lender or cash buyers must have a verification of funds letter. Property must be purchased for your personal residence. Hours are calculated as follows: 1 hour per appointment (Time allotted for agent to make appointments with homeowners + drive time to and from appointment) + actual time spent showing properties. Example: Our agent shows you 8 properties in 2 hours, then that would be 1 hour for the appointment + 2 hours showing properties = 3 hours. This offer is good on any listing with any real estate company when a ListWell agent represents you. There is no rebate if you saw the property with an agent from another company prior to working with us. This offer is only available to new clients taken after 4/1/05. You must receive a SIGNED printout of this web page by the broker of ListWell, Jim Schulze, certifying you as a “Very Serious Buyer”.
